The current US President, Barack Obama, wants to become a teacher after he moves out of the White House.
Barack Obama is known for many things – he’s the one person trying to decrease the level of extreme obesity in the US, he’s the first black president of the country, he has a Grammy Award, and he’s a big sports fan. And by the looks of it, he could end up as a teacher after he moves out of the White House.
Obama has been serving as the President of the United States ever since 2009 and he’s set to leave that position in 2017. Some news agencies recently raised some questions and suspicion on to what the 53 year old politician is going to do with his life when the time for stepping down from the prestigious position comes. According to an unnamed source, who is allegedly close to Obama and his family, the president is going to become a teacher. It sounds a bit ridiculous, but there is much more to the story.
The 53 year old president graduated from the Ivy League university Columbia back in 1983 and by the looks of it, he’s willing to go back to his roots. The anonymous source claims that Obama wants to teach law at Columbia after he steps down from the presidential office, because he wants to continue doing community work and he wants to do something influential after his mandate ends. Furthermore, the source also claims that Obama and his family might stay not even stay in Washington, D.C. They might actually move to New York in order for Obama to be able to teach at Columbia, or they might opt either for sunny California or windy Chicago.
Nothing has been officially confirmed yet by the president, nor by his representatives.
