The pasta can be especially unhealthy if you drench it in salt, cheese and butter. If you want to turn it into a healthy meal buy high quality pasta and prepare it al dente in order to reduce its glycemic load. Also use olive oil and don’t overfill your plate.
Let’s first say that not all kind of chocolate is potentially addictive or generally bad for you : dark chocolate is high in cocoa and has much less sugar, therefore a moderate consumption is even recommended. Other types of chocolate, that are usually more widely consumed, are packed with oil, fat, sugar and milk solids which make them an addictive food is eaten regularly and in large amounts. Just a bite is more than enough.
