The Human Barbie doll, Valeria Lukyanova, actually finds her nickname as “insulting”.
Valeria Lukyanova, the 29 year old Russian model resembling a Barbie doll, has been making headlines for the past several years for a number of reasons – for winning beauty pageants, for claiming that she can live off of sunlight as a Breatharianist, for being attacked. And nowadays she’s making headlines for stating that she finds the nickname Human Barbie as “insulting”.
The 29 year old woman was recently interviewed for Cosmopolitan and she spoke out about how other people see her. She didn’t address the fact that many people don’t like her, especially another fellow model Justin Jedlica, who’s known as the Human Ken doll, but she talked about her employers and her fans. Valeria stated that her fans demand from her that she looks like a Barbie doll and that’s something her employers are prone to as well. However, it turns out that Valeria herself doesn’t really like the terms Human Barbie or Living Barbie Doll. During her interview she shared that she thinks her nicknames are “insulting” and “degrading”. Even though she finds the labels people put on her offensive, she is still willing to keep up her appearances, because she likes her fans and her job.
Valeria also claims that her looks are absolutely natural and have been accomplished thanks to special diets and workout regimes over the course of many years. The model has stated before that she does wear colored contact lenses over her natural green eyes and that she has had breast enhancement procedures, but that everything else in her body is 100% real. She also recently stated that she would like to look like an Amazon warrior and that she would like to gain some more muscle in order to get the “magnificent figure” of an Amazon woman.
