Bruce Jenner, born on October 28, 1949, was popular long before he became a part of the Kardashian clan. In his younger years he became famous for his sports career as a track and field athlete. He eventually won a gold medal in Decathlon from the Summer Olympics in Montreal in 1976. Since then he became a popular television showman and businessman.
In 1991 he got married to Kris Jenner and since the release of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” he has been known for being the step dad of the Kardashian siblings. Although Bruce Jenner is an accomplished former Olympic gold medalist, he is also noted for his extensive use of cosmetic surgery procedures.
The most recent revelation he had made was that he was planning to undergo a procedure called “Laryngeal Shave”. The 64-year-old was also quite clear when he stated that he did not actually want to change his gender but rather just smooth out the lump in his neck by removing his Adam’s apple.
Such a procedure is usually done when people are in the first stages of their gender reassignment.
