Julio Iglesias recently gave an interview for the British Hello! magazine, in which he admitted he was embarrassed by his age.
The record-breaking singer is the most successful Latin recording artist of our time and he has sold more than 300 million albums over the course of his 45 year long career. However, the recording artists, who was born 70 years ago in Spain, holds a fear towards these numbers. According to him, all that they mean is that he has been around for a long, long time. The singer turned 70 in September 2013 and during the interview he admitted that his B-day was actually a crisis for him. Julio is embarrassed by the fact that the number 7 is a fragment of his age, especially the first fragment. During his successful life in the spotlight he managed to take care of 8 children, one of which is none other but Enrique himself.
Julio might be embarrassed by his age, but he’s proud of his loving family. In the interview he also admitted he took the whole gang with him to the UK.
