Jackie Chan is probably one of the most famous action film actors of our time. He has starred in more than 100 movies, making his debut in 1962 with the film Big and Little Wong Tin Bar at the age of eight. At that time he hadn’t yet taken up martial arts.
It seems that Chan has achieved everything he might have dreamt of. Now his list of achievements is further increased with two Guinness World Records certificates for his latest film, Chinese Zodiac.
One of the certificates is for most credits in one movie, as he carried out fifteen of the major roles associated with the film-making, thus breaking the previous record of 11 credits. He is credited as director, actor, producer, composer and fight choreographer, amongst others. The second Guinness record is for most stunts by a living actor.
The two awards are a great recognition of Chan’s work and career. He has nearly lost his life several times while he has been acting and he has broken many of his bones.
