Ever since their split back in 2010 Halle Berry and her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry have spent an undisclosed amount of money over court cases and their joint custody over their young daughter, Nahla.
After years and years of court cases a Los Angeles-based judge has finally ruled that the Academy Award winning actress has to pay $16,000 each month to Aubry in child support for the 6 year old Nahla. According to an official counting, the 47 year old actress made $4.7 million in just 9 months back in 2012. On the other hand, Aubry barely earned less than $193,000 for a whole calendar year. Apart from the monthly child support Berry was ordered to cover the full tuition bill for Nahla’s private school. Not only that, but she also has to cover half of her daughter’s medical expenses, as well as an additional $300,000 for Aubry’s legal fees.
If all of these numbers mean anything, it’s probably the fact that having a child will cost much more for Halle Berry than everything else from now on.
