The multi-national giant Google is still preparing its newest product Glass for the market, but is already seeking patent over a new cutting-edge technology.
According to reports, the company has submitted an application for the patent of a next-generation technology device, which could have multiple advantages in the near future. The still nameless product is an electronic tattoo, which is temporarily applied to the user’s neck. It transmits signals to the user’s cellphone by Bluetooth and works like any other hands-free device. However, there are few improvements. The communication through the tattoo will be clearer, improved and enhanced, because it’s meant for noisy and loud environments like stadiums, streets and even emergency situations.
The tattoo has another amazing feature – a galvanic barometer, which measures the skin’s natural electricity. This feature might be handy when trying to get to the bottom of a eb of deception, since it is effectively a polygraph machine. The user’s falsehoods will result in a certain galvanic skin response, meaning that the device acts as a lie detector. Overall, the tiny electronic tattoo might become a trend in the not-so-distant future.
