Heather Best, a 47 year old woman working with horse races, lost her left leg back in 2010 in an accident when she was working in Glastonbury, UK. Up until 2014 she didn’t go to any concert or festival and didn’t dance.
However, Blobbie Williams, an impersonator of the notorious 40 year old British singer-songwriter Robbie Williams, brought back her spirit again. Heather saw Blobbie perform during the GuilFest 2014 and when she heard him perform her favorite song, Williams’ “Angels”, she couldn’t help herself but take off her prosthetic limb and throw it at Blobbie’s direction. One of the prop guys brought the prosthetic to the stage and Blobbie waved it at the cheering crowd as Heather started waving and dancing in the front row.
She later told the media that it was the first time she danced ever since her accident and it was great to do it again, even though she had only one leg.
