Claudia Schiffer, the 43 year old German creative director and model, has graced the covers of thousands of magazines and been the face of countless beauty campaigns and perfume posters. However, she recently told the media her life isn’t money-driven, because Schiffer’s purpose in life is to be proud of who she is and what she does.
It sounds like fame hasn’t changed the model, although her head seemed to be in the right place even at the breath-taking start of her career back in the 1990s. Although she didn’t pursue her dream profession of being a lawyer, she was labelled as a supermodel back in the early 1990s – a label which Schiffer loathes, since she wants to be taken seriously. In order to keep her dignity and her integrity, back in the day Claudia declined a $1 million offer from an unnamed Arabian prince. According to the story, which the model shared in a recent interview, the prince asked her out and offered her the lucrative sum for a date.
After Claudia refused to date the prince for money, another supermodel took her place.
