Britney Spears cancelled two upcoming shows in Las Vegas after she fell on stage and busted her ankle.
For decades over decades Britney Spears have been known for her astonishing dancing routines on stage. Dancing and jumping around during concerts once used to be her ultimate excuse for not singing live, because she was so exhausted. And by the looks of it, she’s not paying attention to her steps just like she’s not paying attention to the fact that people go to her concerts to see her perform live.
On the 29th of April this year Spears had an unfortunate accident during one of her concerts in Las Vegas. She was performing at Planet Hollywood and was jumping around the stage on high heels alongside her ensemble of female dancers when she made a wrong step during the excessive jumps, tumbled and fell on stage. The pop star twisted her ankle pretty bad while performing one of her biggest hits – Crazy – and even though she somehow managed to finish the show, it later turned out that she had severely injured herself. She took her sorrows to Twitter and said that her doctor has advised her to stay away from the stage and rest her ankle for a while. Thus, Britney has cancelled her two upcoming shows in Las Vegas.
She also tweeted that she got scared when she realized what had happened and that she was heartbroken from the fact that she had to cancel her upcoming gigs. Nevertheless, the 33 year old singer stated that she will reschedule her shows and will keep her fans posted on updates as soon as she has some more information about the new dates. Now this is what you call a great devotion!
