Edward Furlong, who has made a name for himself after starring in movies like ‘The Crow: Wicked Prayer’, ‘Detroit Rock City’ and co-staring with Arnold Schwarzenegger in ‘Terminator 2:Judgement Day’, was arrested for an absolutely ridiculous reason.
While Furlong was filming ‘Jimmy and Judy’ he went to the local Meijer grocery store in Kentucky with some friends. The gang made an attempt to free some live lobsters which were put in the store’s display tank. When the staff tried to tell them to stop, the liberators started arguing with them. When the police arrived Furlong was having troubles with his incoherent speech, he was staggering around and had an alcohol breath. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. The director of ‘Jimmy and Judy’ bailed him out three hours later and he was back on set two days after the arrest.
Furlong is a vegetarian and a well-known supporter of PETA, although he never really gave a justified reason for his actions in the grocery store.
