One female Starbucks manager got fired after she was caught screaming at a client of the popular chain.
If you thought you could settle out your issues with the Starbucks staff by talking to the manager, you were wrong. At least not with this particular manager.

A Starbucks manager, who used to work at one of Starbucks’ restaurants in Queens, New York, UK, got fired because she decided to scream at a client instead of settle things like a grown up person. The manager in question was identified only as Melissa, but her actions spoke louder than any name could have. She was caught on camera screaming at a client named Ruby Chen. Ruby tried to buy a Frappuccino from the coffee shop when Melissa started shouting at her for no reason. At first she started screaming to get her attention and after Ruby apologized for not hearing her and told her that she didn’t need to scream, the manager got completely out of control. She took the card scanner from Ruby and shouted at her to leave. However, things didn’t end there. Since Ruby had already gotten one of Starbucks’ straws in her hands, Melissa even accused her of theft. That’s right, the manager accused the woman of stealing a straw!
Some of the other present customers decided to take part in the quarrel and to calm the manager down. Thus, Melissa started screaming even at them! All of her actions were caught on camera and were uploaded on Facebook. After Starbucks saw the video, they immediately suspended Melissa from the manager position. Shortly after that they fired her and released an official notice claiming they had taken care of the problem by firing the manager.
The video of Melissa’s unprofessional approach was uploaded on Facebook on the 12th of May and it has already reached more than 1,300,000 views on the social media.
