Casey Wagner from Texas survived a rather weird accident. The 31-year-old man was struck by lightning not once but twice in the very same day. While attending a Saint Jo annual off-road event Wagner hid under a tree as he was waiting for a friend because it began to rain heavily. Then, all of a sudden, a huge lighting hit and Wagner told that was the very last moment of his life.
Luckily, the man who also works as a rodeo clown survived the hit. But that wasn’t the end of it. Just seconds later another lighting hit Wagner, travelled through his body and left through his hand. The man remembers feeling as if his thumb wasn’t there. Still conscious, he managed to yell for help and a stranger who happened to be nurse helped him until paramedics arrived. Surprisingly, Wagner only spent a night in hospital and had minor injuries. Doctors described his case as a miracle and assured him he was lucky to be alive.
