Up until recently Ray Wolfe was serving time in the Summit County Jail in Colorado on a number of charges. He then made a false report about finding human hair in his jail food and was sentenced to an additional 24 years in the Park County Jail.
According to official reports, the 37 year old prisoner was served beef stroganoff at the Summit County Jail. He reported finding human hair in his meal and the entire Sheriff’s department was plunged into a thorough investigation. The footage from the jail’s security cameras showed Wolfe tampering with his meal for several seconds after receiving it and before making the report. The officials ruled that he had placed the hair in the tray by himself. He was transferred to the Park County Jail on a number of charges, including three felonies, false reporting and tampering with physical evidence.
His trial lasted three days and he’s now facing 24 additional years behind bars.
