As we all know junk food is extremely bad for our health. In order to understand the craving for junk food one personal trainer decided to gain 40kg of fat and do a documentary about it.
Paul James, nicknamed “PJ”, is an Australian personal trainer and high-fashion model. James decided to swap his healthy lifestyle for daily doses of junk food in order to understand the meaning of obesity. James started eating up to $300 worth of fast food and fats a week, quit his workout regime and went from an 80kg toned body of muscles to 120kg body of fat. He documented the different stages of gaining weight and vowed to himself to try to get back in shape again. The Australian trainer found it hard to get from fit to fat and vice versa, but that didn’t stop his experiment.
He admitted that his previous healthy lifestyle was much easier than the one leading to extreme obesity. During his experiment he even had to eat up to 30 pizza slices for one meal!
