A bullied teenager with learning disabilities thought it was high time to do something against his bullies. Unfortunately, his plan backfired on him and his parents.
According to official reports, an unnamed schoolboy from Pennsylvania recorded several kids bullying him on his iPad. The kid thought he was doing the right thing, but the school thought otherwise. It turned out the teen was violating wire-tapping laws and the school took matters into court. The judge ruled the kid guilty and his parents had to pay a fine for his actions. The child said he was doing the right thing, because he was tired of being bullied by other kids. His mother described the case as a nightmare, which has made her son’s life extremely miserable. The school officials didn’t make a statement regarding the situation, but it’s a fact that the child was indeed being bullied during classes.
The kid’s parents are opting for civil lawsuit after the unfortunate case.
