Justin Bieber is getting sued for the second time by the same limo driver.
If you thought you would stop hearing about Justin Bieber’s mischiefs in the near future, you were most definitely wrong! Bieber strikes again! And this time, he’s getting sued twice by the very same victim.
So what’s the case this time? Well, it turns out that a limo driver, who tried to sue Bieber once, is suing him again. The limousine driver, who was identified as Abdul Mohar, was driving Bieber and his entourage of five other guys to the pop singer’s hotel in Toronto, Canada, after they had been out partying the night away. The 34 year old Mohar was driving the group of six in late December 2013 down the road when Bieber decided to attack him. The two lawsuits claim that Bieber and his entourage demanded from Mohar to turn the limo’s stereo on max, even though it could have damaged the technology. When Mohar refused to do as told, Bieber allegedly hit him in the face while he was still driving the car. The driver pulled over the limo and Bieber hit him several more times in the head.
The driver filed a lawsuit shortly after the assault, but the court discarded the suit, claiming there wasn’t enough evidence. Mohar, who’s a father of two, filed a second lawsuit earlier this March. Bieber’s lawyer tried to do his best to claim his client as innocent before the court even made a decision. However, Mohar’s lawyer is ready to do everything in his power to get his client’s sorrows to court and claims that the driver deserves the chance to see justice being served.
Mohar’s second lawsuit is demanding a total of $850,000 from Bieber for the damages he has caused. By the looks of it, however, he probably won’t get the money, because Bieber’s lawyers are doing everything they can in order to get him out of the trouble he’s bringing on himself.
