Burger King is a fast food restaurant chain, which was founded in 1954 in Miami. Ever since the 1950s the restaurant chain has grown to unbelievable heights, both in development and in degradation. And earlier this year Burger Kind had to face one of the biggest lawsuits in the history of fast food.
Reports state that Diane Dunlap and her teenage daughter Dynesha Clayborne from Memphis visited a Burger King restaurant in order to get some ice cream. However, instead of getting the desired flavor they ended up in a mass employee brawl.
According to reports, the restaurant’s manager sneezed and didn’t wash her hands before continuing with the ice cream’s preparations. The family insisted that the manager would wash her hands. After the woman denied doing so, things got out of proportions.
Dunlap and her daughter’s lawyer – Robert Spence – furiously slapped the Burger King restaurant with a lawsuit worth $3 million. According to reports, the family isn’t suing only the manager and the owner of the Frayser Burger King, but also the entire corporation!
