Alcohol may not be the best solution for the heart’s sorrows. It doesn’t make them go away, it doesn’t find the right solution to the problem and it can even lead you to the morgue. Literally.
A 56 year old man from Poland, identified as Marek Michalski, had the shock of his life when he woke up in a morgue, wrapped up in a body bag. According to reports, pedestrians found the passed out Marek on a bench and called an ambulance because he didn’t have a pulse. Medics from the hospital in which the man was taken thought he was long gone, so they put him in a body bag in the morgue. The man woke up from his drunken sleep terrified to death and managed to escape.
However, an unnamed source tells the media that Marek’s story is so popular in Poland, that the British Metro is actually exaggerating it. Marek was a homeless man, who was put in a body bag, so he wouldn’t infect the ambulance. Furthermore, according to the source, his name is actually Sławomir Skorupa.
