A pastor at a Virginia church is about the shock the world with his beliefs and his sermons.
According to recent reports, Allan Parker, who’s a preacher at the White Tail Chapel in Richmond, Virginia, is encouraging “no clothes” during his Sunday services. United Press International has labeled the chapel as a “clothing-optional” church, and clothing is indeed optional during Pastor Parker’s services. The Pastor is explicit on the matter – according to him, people should take off their clothes in the church in attempt to get closer to Jesus. In his words, baring the body is one step closer to baring the soul to God.
Parker believes that by learning to accept their bodies, the people will learn how to accept each other and to realize that they can’t be perfect. In other words, by realizing they have flaws and imperfections, they can learn to love each other and to accept Jesus into their hearts.
