A young girl’s family was humiliated and infuriated after they were asked to leave a KFC restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi, earlier this June, because their daughter’s face allegedly scared the customers.
The 3 year old Victoria Wilcher was attacked by her grandfather’s Pitbulls earlier in April. The 3 dogs mauled the girl and left her with a broken jaw, cheekbones and nose, a missing eye and serious scars on her face. Earlier this month Victoria and her family visited a KFC branch in Jackson, but were forced by the staff members to leave, because the girl was scaring the customers with her looks. Victoria’s infuriated mom posted a picture of her daughter, in which the sweet blue-eyed 3 year old is smiling regardless of her scars and disabilities. Victoria’s mom asked her followers if they were seeing anything scary in the girl and expressed her anger towards KFC. She stated she was going to write to the company’s CEO.
Shortly after that a spokesperson for the fast food chain publicly apologized for the staff’s behavior.
